COURSE DESCRIPTION: Many people participate in sports as amateurs
for personal enjoyment, the love of competition, or as a healthy form of
exercise. It also provides entertainment for people throughout the word.it is
for these reason why sports is imperative in the basic physical education
curriculum.

1. Affective: It is
carefully selected to bring about in the students not only the skills in sports
but also consciousness of their growth and development as a social individual.
2. Cognitive: The study
of physical Education 3 has two aspects: one, knowledge of the basic skills:
the other, knowledge of the rules different sports.
3. Psychomotor: Helps
our students develop health and fitness programs like vigor, flexibility,
agility and endurance.
